FAQ

How the local node and client portal work

Clear service tiers, visible execution records and optional specialist modules when a project needs them.

What is RetailKid?

RetailKid is a U.S. local-node and self-service cross-border operations product operated by SongKid Global LLC. Brands get a practical U.S. receiving and handling point plus a client portal for photos, inventory, tracking and task status.

What can the U.S. Local Node do?

Receive samples, small-batch inventory, returns and project goods; create receiving records; take basic photos and counts; ship samples; receive returns; forward inventory; and perform confirmed local handling such as simple relabeling or repacking.

What is a standard handling action?

A standard handling action can include a receiving record, basic arrival photos and count, standard sample shipping, return receipt, forwarding or an inventory update. Oversized, bulk, urgent and complex work is confirmed separately.

How do the monthly plans work?

RetailKid offers several monthly usage tiers. Higher tiers include more inbound batches, more standard handling and more support for multi-SKU or higher-frequency work. Current USD pricing and included usage are listed only on the Pricing page.

Can I use only the local node without TikTok operations?

Yes. The local-node subscription and TikTok growth modules are separate. Brands can use only receiving, photos, inventory, samples, returns and outbound tracking, then add growth services later if useful.

Which costs are outside the monthly plan?

Common pass-through costs include international and U.S. shipping, ad spend, platform fees, duties, insurance, creator commissions, sample value, certification and other third-party charges. Special work such as bulk relabeling, complex packing, QC, shooting, livestreaming, urgent handling or oversized items is confirmed separately.

How do clients track photos, inventory and shipments?

Authenticated clients use the RetailKid portal to see inbound records, arrival photos, current inventory, task status, outbound records, carrier tracking numbers and exception tickets for their own account.

How can a service provider join the network?

Warehouses, fulfillment providers, logistics companies, creator and content teams, marketplace operators, sourcing partners, compliance providers, factories and other relevant specialists can submit their capabilities through the Join Network page.
